Leading high end furniture brand Roche Bobois makes a bold new statement with its new TV/Cinema commercial, created by BETC Paris. The campaign was released on 21 January in France and in over 30 countries in 2016 (including the USA, the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain and Benelux). The commercial features the brand’s evolved strapline: ‘Roche Bobois. French Art de Vivre.’

Shot at the Palace Brongniart at Place de la Bourse in Paris, the commercial conveys Roche Bobois’ perception of French luxury as being fresh, bold and full of joie de vivre.

The execution: in light graceful moves, six spirited women push into place almost a hundred different pieces from the Mah Jong sofa collection, one of the brand’s most renowned products, to make a sofa-based swimming pool in a vibrant and colourful show.

The rhythmic and elegant production was brought to life by Wendy Morgan, produced by Slowdance and accompanied by music by ATOM, one of the members of renowned electro group C2C from Nantes (part of his ‘Parrad’ band).

The film expresses Roche Bobois’s unique positioning and its commitment to extending its particular brand of ‘French Art de Vivre’ around the world.
